Your primary responsibilities will include:

Main responsibilities:

  • Participate in engagement coordination, project management and reporting, as well as support solid client relationship building practices.
  • Supporting a collaborative team that analyzes client issues and developing solutions.
  • Review and contribute to various consulting deliverables, as well as other relevant tools to present findings to clients.
  • Prioritizing objectives and contribute to project planning and status reporting.
  • Providing relevant and high quality project governance support and communication to leads, project team members, including key project milestones, weekly status reports, action registers, and risk assessments/contingency plans.
  • Responding to issues and managing business stakeholder (client) expectations
  • Managing and tracking budget activities for every release.
  • Driving innovation and simplicity - identifying opportunities and drive process improvements, standardization, and enablers to gain efficiencies.

A successful candidate will have:

To qualify, candidates must have:

  • A project coordinator with a solid level of (minimum of 1-2 years) of Project Management and/or Project Coordinator experience.
  • College Business Diploma or Bachelor's degree.
  • Demonstrated leadership and to work collegially with other members of the team and other Collins Barrow offices.
  • A relationship builder with a strong ability to build relationships with fellow colleagues, other departments and clients.
  • Very strong organization skills, time management, and high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting; a self-motivator.
  • Very strong ability to manage multiple parallel streams of work.
  • Proven ability to manage fast-paced projects with a significant amount of change.
  • Strong ability to be responsive in a timely fashion and complete deliverables in the face of multiple priorities and challenging timelines.
  • Very strong verbal and written communication skills, bilingualism would be a definite asset;
  • Ability to manage ambiguity, uncertainty and changing priorities.
  • Strong negotiation and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to efficiently work in virtual and co-located teams, handling multiple projects, a high rate of change with significant time sensitivity and aggressive timelines.
  • Fast paced working environment interfacing with a myriad of stakeholder.
