- 3-5 years plus of progressive public accounting experience with a professional designation
- Prior experience managing large increased risk engagements
- Know what it takes to add significant value to our small to medium size clients
- Ability to provide services in both official languages (French/English) is an asset
- Advanced accounting, tax and software knowledge
- Excellent leadership, communication and analytical skills.
- A passion for client service
